53 days ago, and long before the government mandate, we temporarily closed the shop attached to our factory in Sydney.
We did this to keep our people safe because there was simply no downside to being proactive. On the flip side there was, and still is, a very real danger of more infections (and ultimately more death) with re-opening the economy too soon.
In the end we were never actually forced to shut, but we kept the door closed because it was the right thing to do for society as a whole. Now that Australia has so successfully flattened the curve (pat on the back everyone!), it's time to re-open our shop with strict social distancing measures in place for your safety:
- Limit of 4 customers only at any one time
- Contactless payment only
- Upgraded daily cleaning schedule
- 'Click & Collect' has been reinstated as a shipping option
Walk-ins are welcome or alternatively, book via the link below and (where possible) we will close the shop for a private 30 mins consultation, further limiting your interactions with others.
If you get our emails you'd know we have lots of new things to stickybeak and it's the perfect opportunity to see our three new merino colours in the flesh Blackberry, Dark Forest and Burnt Sienna.
Plus we also have new pure merino scarves and new zero waste scarves to check out, but please note it's eyes only for the moment as we are not allowing any trying-on due to obvious reasons.
